Congratulations to Tom Costello for being named the Bay Area’s High School Boys Basketball Coach of the Year! Costello helped guide the Gaels to arguably its best season in school history. Dublin finished the year 24-7 overall, won the East Bay Athletic League, finished second in the Open Division of the North Coast Section, and advanced to the Semi-Finals in the CIF Open Division Northern California Regional Tournament before a narrow 59-58 loss to two-time defending champion Sheldon.
