Dublin High School Athletics is excited to announce a partnership with GaelsTV that will ensure football games (and several other sports) will be live-streamed this spring on GaelsTV (http://www.gaelsvb.com/gaels-tv.html).
The first broadcast of the year will be the Gaels’ Home Football Scrimmages against Campolindo this Saturday, March 6th. The JV broadcast will be at 4:00 p.m. followed by the Varsity broadcast at 6:30 p.m. GaelsTV is looking to have full broadcast crews and cameras at various other events throughout the year.
The ability to offer expanded coverage is due to the dedication of our Video Production Team combined in partnership with HUDL and funded with the support of our Parent Faculty Student Organization (PFSO). Given the limitation on crowds this season to immediate households, this will allow fans to follow other athletic events taking place in the Stadium and Sports Complex which will be live-streamed as well due to mounting cameras that were recently purchased. There may be other partnerships to announce as well in the coming days and weeks about additional coverage provided with the assistance of the DHS Leadership class and ScoreVision.
In other news this week, Dublin’s Varsity Girls and Boys tennis teams each recorded 9-0 victories this week over Granada to run their records to 2-0 on the season. Both squads go on the road next week to take on Foothill.
