The Dublin High School Varsity Girls Tennis Team finished another strong season, narrowly knocking off defending EBAL champion Amador Valley for the top position in the Valley Division. Dublin posted a 6-2 overall regular season record with its only losses coming in narrow defeats to the Dons.
Six seniors helped propel the Gaels to a successful campaign, including Nishitha Hundi, Rachel Leung, Riya Chopra, Aleena Zaheer, Rupali Sarathy, and Kanishka Chinnaraj. Several players will close out the season in the Tri-Valley Singles/Doubles Tournament on April 29-30. Hundi will be joined by defending EBAL champion Jessica Holbea in the Singles draw, while Leung and Chopra will pair up in the Doubles draw along with Zaheer and Ekaterina Lokteva.
