The Dublin High School Athletic Boosters is offering an opportunity for student-athletes to get their physical completed on campus! One day
only! Dr. Shahab Yarisaied will be on campus on Thursday, July 14th at 11am to complete your player’s physical that is needed for Athletic Clearance. Forms will be available.
The physicals will be taking place in the Leadership Room E-6, and the cost is $40 (cash only). Appointments are not necessary and walk-ins are encouraged by all who have yet to complete their physical for the 2022-2023 school year. As a reminder, physicals must be on file for all Dublin High student-athletes to be eligible to participate in Athletics.
Other steps in the clearance process can be found at www.athleticclearance.com. The deadline to get everything submitted for ensuring the ability to eligible in time for the first day of tryouts (August 8th) is to submit the physical and all other documents on or before Monday, March 1.
