The Dublin High School Varsity Boys Basketball team maintained a fast tempo from start to finish on their way to an 80-51 victory over Castro Valley in the Don Nelson Classic (DNC).
With the victory, the Gaels (7-3) will advance to tonight’s Championship game against Placer after the Hillmen defeated Foothill-Palo Cedro 55-47. Dublin defeated Placer in last year’s DNC Semi-finals, but the Hillmen are 11-0 this season and will be a stiff challenge for the Gaels. Tip-off is scheduled for Saturday, December 17th at 7:00 and will be live-streamed
In other highlights in Varsity action on Friday, the Girls Soccer team won their 3rd consecutive match by defeating American 2-0. Dublin’s next match will be January 3rd at Castro Valley.
