Please see below for a message from Coach Jocelyn to returning cheerleaders, those interested in trying out, and to the Dublin High community:
“Hi Dublin High! I’m Jocelyn! I am so excited to be joining Dublin High School athletics as the new Competition Cheer Coach. I am a mom of 2 amazing daughters Londyn (10) and Giselle (7). Both whom are cheerleaders and cheer at NorCal Elite All Stars in San Ramon. I’ve been head coaching cheer for over 5 years from recreational cheer to all star cheer. I was the director of a cheer franchise as well as cheer coordinator for a youth football league. I was a cheerleader throughout high school, and in college at Fresno State. I also cheered on 2 all star co-ed college teams. My coaching motto is business first, fun later. Fun fact about is that I come from a family of cheerleaders from my mom, sister, niece and now my own daughters.
I’m very excited for the season and to be able to contribute my skills, enthusiasm and dedication to the cheer program. I look forward to meeting you all. “
