Dublin Hires New Varsity Badminton Head Coach

Dublin High School Athletics is pleased to announce that it has hired Neilson Vuong as its new Head Varsity Badminton Coach. Neilson is a first-year English teacher at Dublin High School, but has previous experience as the Head Varsity Badminton Coach at Gunderson High School in San Jose.

The Badminton program has enjoyed success since its inception as an official athletic program in 2017. The Gaels have posted winning records in very season of the program’s existence, and routinely finishes in either 2nd or 3rd place in the East Bay Athletic League.

It is anticipated that Coach Vuong will be having voluntary workouts each week for those who plan to join the team this year. Those with questions about the schedule for workouts or any other aspect of the program can coach Coach Vuong at vuongneilson@dublinusd.org
