The Dublin High School Swim team recently competed in the North Coast Section Swim Meet on May 3-4 at the Concord Community Pool, with several swimmers exceling in the prestigious event.
Kaitlin Lee finished second in the 200 and 500 Free. She was a hundredth off a first-place finish in the 500 Free. Kaitlin received a CIF Automatic time in both events and All American Consideration in both events.
Benjamin Ohrr finished fourteenth in the 200 Free and seventh place in the 100 Back, allowing him to join Kaitlin Lee as Dublin’s other qualifier for the CIF State Meet this weekend in Clovis. Emmy Loftus finished fourteenth in the 500 Free to round out the top performances for individuals.
The Girls 400 Free Relay finished eleventh, and the Boys 400 Free Relay finished fifteenth. As a team, the girls finished 14th and the boys finished 28th in the North Coast Section.
