Despite the fact that Winter sports are entering the hear of league play, the beginning of spring sports is quickly coming upon us. Try-outs in most Spring sports are just three weeks away and will begin on Monday, February 7th.
For those students interested in trying out for a Spring sport, the first step is to get cleared. Go to www.athleticclearance.com and follow the steps outlined on the site, including the uploading of your annual physical and emailing to confirmation page to Kelly Hessler in Student Activities at hesslerkelly@dublinusd.org. If you have any questions about the clearance process, please email Kelly or call her at (925) 833-3300×7105.
Any students still needing a physical can go to the Leadership room (E-6) on Tuesday, January 18th at 3:00 p.m. The Athletic Boosters have a physician and students can get their physicals on a walk-in basis without an appointment. The cost is $40 payable in cash.
Specific times for try-outs will be forthcoming, but all who are interested in trying out or have any questions about a particular sport are encouraged to contact the Varsity Head Coach.
