Dublin High School will be honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month at its football game this Friday, October 1st against California High School in a variety of ways.

For starters, we will be having a “Pink Out” at the game and are encouraging fans of both teams to wear pink to show their support. The Leadership class sold pink t-shirts this week and all of the proceeds are going to support breast cancer research. Dublin High Athletics is donating $1 per ticket sold or a flat donation of $1,000….whatever amount is greater. The Leadership class is also donating $1,000 towards the cause and a number of other groups on campus are donating as well. There will be a check presented at halftime for whatever is raised.

The Junior Varsity game kicks off at 4:30 and the Varsity game kicks off at 7:00. For those purchasing tickets, the Dublin High School GoFan page for is here.
